20161104_003611.jpg Hey beautiful! I’m Claris and welcome to my blog.

I blog about some of the issues faced by young women today, such as Identity, self worth, life lessons, singleness, true beauty . I also blog about my Faith; trials that I encounter and some spiritual lessons that I learn along the way… and other random musings.

I hope that this blog inspires you to be the individual that you were called to be, to dream big and most of all to be YOU, because you are enough. You don’t need to be someone else in order to feel loved or to be accepted by others, because guess what? you are already loved and accepted by an amazing God regardless of your imperfections.

“Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.” – Dr Seuss

Who am I?

This blog is a true reflection of who I am as a person, what I believe in and what I stand for. I’m not a master of all the things that I blog about. I’m just a young Christian woman who is striving to make this world a little more brighter and learning from my mistakes as I evolve into the woman that Christ has called me to become.

I’m 20, 3rd year Nursing student who’s very passionate about making a difference in peoples lives, weather it’s to brighten up their smiles or to simply  get them to think a little more positively about themselves, their purpose and their existence. I want to use this blog as a platform for change, whether small or big.

I believe that words have power. They can hurt or mend a broken heart, they can totally transform someone’s life in a positive or a negative way. I want to use my words on this blog to encourage, motivate, inspire, share my experiences with you, cry with you and laugh with you.

“Words… They’re innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they’re no good any more… I don’t think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little or make a poem which children will speak for you when you’re dead.”  -Tom Stoppard
